Fix scope MultiSelect toggling 'Todas las obras' checkbox

Browse source 
FormField wrapped slot content in a <label>, so clicks on the project
MultiSelect bubbled to the first control inside (scope_all_projects).
Use a div wrapper for multi-control field groups.
